As a private home owner I have purchased and sold  seven homes in the past ten years. That is fourteen times working with a realtor in the past ten years.
I did not want to list For Sale By Owner nor did I want to incur
exorbitant costs of paying both realtors their 5 - 6% commission.
The best part of working with Jennifer is that the entire process was absolutely Honest (unlike  many other realtors I did business with whom did  not disclose adverse conditions they knew about concerning the  home),  and working with Jennifer the journey has been seamless.
