This amount is divided between my Brokerage Firm and the Brokerage Firm working with the Buyer. All parties agree to disclose this compensation in the Contract to Buy and Sell. If the amount you agree to pay is less than what the Buyer negotiated with their Agent, the Buyer may be responsible for the difference.
